Description
DIET
They are a macrophagous carnivorous, meaning they eat small fish and particulate matter. Its mouth is surrounded by tentacles which contains neurotoxic nematocysts (stinging cells) at the very tip. Although the toxin is fatal to small fishes, it is harmless to humans. They grab and paralyze unsuspecting prey through their tentacles and swallow them whole.
HABITAT
Found in warmer waters, usually in the Carribbean.
