General Information: 

The horned beaksedge is a perennial found in the southeastern United States. They are most commonly found in wetlands, swamps, bays, and wet forests. They produce flowers starting in July and all the way through September. This plant is listed as a threatened species in the north and more weedy and invasive in the south.

Medicinal Uses:

The horned beaksedge has no known medicinal uses or beneficial properties.
